Each month we receive prayer requests from radio listeners around the world. People call for all sorts of reasons – they just lost their job and don’t know what to do, they recently discovered their father has cancer, their kids are rebelling and they don’t know what to do. Anytime we’re contacted with a prayer request, we immediately pray with the person. We then give them contact information to a local church with which they can get involved. And then, finally, we ask their permission to send the request out to our Prayer Team – hundreds of people around the world who pray diligently each month for people they don’t know. Often, we never hear back from those listeners. Sometimes we hear back from the original listener, explaining how God worked in their lives. But we always know that God hears our requests, and he listens, and he responds.
